Preparation

Before you start

Have these ready and the registration will take just a few minutes.

A smartphone or computer With an internet connection and a web browser.
A mobile number that receives SMS A verification code will be sent by text message.
A valid ID or passport For every adult (18+) in your party.
Your party details How many adults and children are coming with you.

Registration

Step by step

Eight steps from your browser to your QR access pass.

Open capcana.app

On your phone or computer, open your web browser and go to capcana.app. There is nothing to download or install.

Find your event

Use the search bar or browse the list, then tap your event to open it. You can filter by Public or Private events.

Review the event details

Check the venue, the start and end dates, and the event description. When you are ready, tap Continue.

Verify your phone number

Select your country code, type your mobile number, check the box to accept SMS verification messages, and complete the "Verify you are human" check. Then tap Continue.

Enter the verification code

You will receive a 4-digit code by SMS. Type it in and tap Continue. If it does not arrive, wait for the timer and tap "Resend code".

Tell us how many people will attend

Select the number of adults (18 and above) and children (0 to 17 years old) in your party, then tap Continue.

Scan your ID document

Take a photo of your ID or passport, or upload one from your gallery. The system reads it automatically and verifies your identity. Then confirm that your details — ID number, name, date of birth and nationality — are correct.

ImportantUse good lighting and make sure the whole document is visible and readable. Each adult in your party will need to do this.

Get your QR access pass

That's it — your personal pass is created with your name, your dates and your party size. You can add it to Apple Wallet or simply keep the page open; a screenshot works too.

TipYour pass is valid for the full duration of the event — you do not need to register again each day.

On event day

Have your QR code ready on your phone or in Apple Wallet and present it at the entrance. One scan covers your registered party. Carry the same ID you registered with, in case staff need to confirm it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything happens in your web browser at capcana.app.
Can I register my whole family at once?
Yes. Indicate how many adults and children are in your party and a single QR pass will cover everyone. Each adult will be asked for an ID document.
The SMS code never arrived. What do I do?
Wait for the countdown to finish and tap "Resend code". Double-check the country code and number. If it still fails, try another mobile number.
What documents are accepted?
A government-issued ID card or passport. The document must be valid and clearly readable in the photo.
Is my pass valid every day of the event?
Yes. Your pass shows a From and To date and works for the entire event period.
What if I lose my QR code?
Go back to capcana.app and verify your phone number again — your pass will be shown again. Adding it to Apple Wallet keeps it always at hand.
